Option of RAW scans (convert yourself - you must have either Negative Lab Pro or Grain2pixel already) or medium and high resolution converted scans in either JPEG or TIFF file formats.
Resolution of scans:
35mm - RAW is 40MP approx, medium is 6MP, high is 15MP, ultra high is not available for 35mm
120 - RAW is 25MP+ approx, medium is 15MP, high is 25MP (exception is 645 which will have RAW as 18MP and high resolution at 18MP)
120 ultra high RAW are 100MP+. Ultra high for 6x6 is 90MP, 6x7 is 120MP and 6x9 170MP.
